Beyond Gratitude: From Obligation to Belonging
A Community Workshop
Gratitude is more than a catchword. Too often it feels like something we “should” express—a polite obligation, a checklist item. But true gratitude runs deeper. It is the quiet recognition that we belong, that we are welcomed, and that sometimes life offers us grace we never expected.
Join us for a heart-opening workshop that blends reflection, movement, meditation, and community sharing. Together, we will explore how to step beyond shallow gratitude into a felt sense of connection and belonging.
✨ In this workshop, you will:
• Reflect on the difference between obligation and true gratitude
• Experience gentle movement and breathwork designed to open the heart
• Share stories of grace and belonging in a safe, supportive circle
• Leave with practices that nurture deeper gratitude in daily life
Date: November 16th 11 to 4pm
Location: October Garden
No prior yoga or meditation experience required. Just bring an open heart, a journal, and a willingness to receive.
Let’s move beyond gratitude as a word—into gratitude as a way of being. 💚
